I’ve recently joined Silk Dental and wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for looking after me and getting my teeth sorted. Just wanted to feedback about the level of service and care I received today at Silk dental. It was absolutely exceptional, the dentist and technician both made me feel at ease, not judged listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that would hopefully seek to return my teeth to a point of health. The other thing I’d like to point out is the investment in the practice itself - it’s a beautiful space, and so inviting, rather than obviously clinical. All the staff were friendly and patient, and the communication throughout from the initial conversation about re-joining to the helpful reminders left in voicemails, to everything being in an App- just such a pleasurable experience- especially considering the anxiety I had built about going to the dentist. Farhana I would say is the most professional, caring and most wonderful dentist I have ever had.I undergo necessary and painful dental treatment, however Farhana has a way of making me feel calm, reassured with minimal discomfort.Also the practice has a lovely warm and contemporary decor and lovely receptionists, especially Tracy.I appreciate everything the dental practice does for me, they are truly fantastic.

I took my kids in for a routine examination, and we were so impressed! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and the dentist was very friendly and great with the kids, which made them feel comfortable right away. I've been going to Silk Dental since they first opened, and honestly, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. From the warm greeting at reception to the attention to detail in the décor (even the bathroom!), everything about the experience feels thoughtfully designed.The dentists are calm, patient, and reassuring, which makes each visit genuinely pleasant. The real test for me was how they would be with my two kids, and I can honestly say both dentists we've seen (Farhana and Anas) have been incredibly gentle and approachable.I've recommended Silk Dental to friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so, they’re fantastic.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are calm and caring and immediately put you at ease. The reception staff are lovely and are really accommodating with appointments and timings. The clinic is modern and clean and they use the latest technology like AI x-ray interpretation which is amazing. Every step of the treatment is explained and they email you a detailed treatment plan with the costs attached. Can’t recommend enough.

My experience is always great here. I recently had an implant and noone could tell what tooth it was, it looks that good and was made feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I would advise anyone to have dental work done at Silk Dental, especially if you are a nervous patient as all staff (Dental Nurses and Receptionists) are so friendly and make you feel at ease.

I’ve been visiting silk dental for my standard needs when I became a patient back in 2022 and loved going, I’ve recently had composite bonding done on my top teeth, they are absolutely incredible and more than I could ever imagine my teeth looking. I absolutely love to smile now which I never did before. All the staff are incredible and made me feel so comfortable through out all my treatments! I would recommend them to anyone who are looking for a dentist and for specialist treatments. 5* everytime.

I broke my front teeth at the age of 8.I've had several pairs of crowns , that have never looked real, natural.That's until I saw Anis, his attention to detail is exemplary. his patient, dentist relationship made me feel so at ease. I was the main person in the room .The finished result is I have front teeth for the first time in my adult life that I'm not embarrassed about.If you ha e any issues at all with the aesthetic of your teeth please go here, they are by far the best dentist in Cheshire

Absolutely amazing experience with Hamna! Had my Invisalign to get all my teeth straight and actually improved the health of my gums along the way. Regular check ups to check I was happy! I then had some whitening and composite bonding done to make my smile perfect! Hamna made sure I was happy with every little step! I attended the Silk Dental Practice this morning for a Hygenist appointment. I have been a regular customer there for over 40 years. This mornings appointment was for over 45 minutes long and both Georgina and Sophie were brilliant always exceptionally friendly and polite. I would like to thank Hassan and all the team at Silk dental for a fantastic service.I recently had to have a broken (crowned) tooth removed.Hassan assessed the tooth and gave me an honest opinion and all my options.I decided to have an implant,I was talked through the each stage of the process and given a quote stating the exact cost.Each stage of the implant was carried out with great care using the latest equipment and technology, and I must say I am really happy with the result.So a very big thankyou to the whole team from Tracey on reception (who had fun arranging my appointments to fit in with my work pattern ) to the dental nurses and of course the main man himself Hassan.Regards Steve.

I really can't recommend the team at Silk Dental enough. I've had a number of treatments, from general check-up's to a few filling repairs and they are always friendly, professional and make the experience one that you enjoy!More recently, I've had a couple of implants that were necessary and Hassan and the team were incredible. They explained the process simply, answered any questions I had and were really flexible when it came to organising the treatment plan. They use a lot of the latest tech which is brilliant and each session was really a positive visit. The results are amazing... and the end of treatment gift was a brilliant touch.If you need a dentist that can offer all types of quality services and does it in a personal and friendly way get in touch!

Gina and Lydia and Hamna have been looking after my teeth for a while now and they are fantastic.Gina is a brilliant hygienist, she is so friendly and helpful. She talks through everything she is doing and puts you at ease with the help of Lydia the dental nurse who is also very friendly. They make going to the dentist so much easier to do.Hamna is a brilliant dentist and is so easy to talk to and also makes the process so easy and free of stress.They are all an asset to the business and I would not be coming here if they were not here.The receptionist works amazingly and she is sooooo friendly. Even when she is so busy juggling 3 surgeries on her own( sorry I forgot your name)Never felt so happy in a dentist surgery before and I hate going to the dentist. Silk dental are lovely I'm a nervous person with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but Tracey on reception with Sam & Kesha some of the dental nurses are always friendly kind & caring & understanding of those of us that get anxious about going to a dentist & over years they have helped me not to be as anxious as much as i used to be plus my dentist Dr Hamna Saeed is also really nice calming & puts me at ease & talks me through everything which helps. I can safely say that with there care & understand with my anxiety that i have with going to a dentist has gotten a lot better i still get a little anxious before i go but definitely not as bad as i was. so thank you silk dental for all your kindness & understand.

You should not look forward to going to the dentist but this does not apply to Silk Dental. I recently had a dental implant to replace a decayed tooth and the whole process was undertaken efficiently and professionally by Hassan assisted by Kasha. I was kept fully informed throughout the procedure including aftercare and could not be happier with the end result. The Macclesfield clinic provides a pleasant environment with cutting edge equipment and you are always afforded a warm welcome from Tracy on reception. Highly recommended.

I recently had trouble with a crown and thought I was going to need an extraction. I saw Afzal and, after scans, he was able to offer to save the tooth with a root canal filling.I wasn’t entirely looking forward to a 2 hour root canal procedure, but was pleased to say it all went well. Afzal and Sam kept me comfortable and informed of everything that was being done. I left the surgery very happy.

Gina is a brilliant hygienist, always explaining things very clearly, putting me at ease during the cleaning sessions. She is very thorough in her approach, discusses home cleaning routines in detail. She was great with the fillings as well, her thorough approach was very appreciated, fillings are stil perfect. The guys at this dental practice are amazing! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. My 6 year old daughter had an accident and knocked three of her adult teeth out. Hassan and his wife worked late to reattach the fragments which had been knocked out and you would have never have known the trauma she had had to them they did such a brilliant job! You can tell when someone is passionate about the work they do and these individuals most definitely are! I received treatment for an abscesses front tooth. All procedures were explained clearly in advance and the whole process went smoothly and was very reassuring. Absolutely fantastic service, as someone with anxiety I was made to feel very at ease. The staff are very friendly and professional, you can tell they enjoy their jobs and patient interaction. The surgery is clean and tidy at all times and rather homely in the waiting areas which helps to put me at ease. Everyone always has a smile tho it’s behind their masks, u can still tell. I’m hoping this will be my forever dentist as they really have helped me overcome some fears and gone the extra mile. Thank u silk dental!

Had 2 composite fillings with Hassan at Silk Dental. Absolutely pain free, very efficient, pleasant and professional.Normally hate going to dentist but was so relaxed I even managed to have a little snooze in the chair.

Required an emergency appointment due to a painful wisdom tooth. Phoned at 9.15 and managed to get an appointment at 11.50 on the same morning. Didn’t have my usual dentist (I believe the female dentist was called Dr Bhavna) but the dentist I had was so lovely and informative and made it a positive experience.

After being very disappointed with two previous dentists, mainly from time keeping and general lack of care. I was pleasantly surprised with Silk Dental Care.Professional and courteous, the friendly staff make you feel valued.Everything is on time and it’s an extremely professionally run practice.Overall a fantastic experience!I wish I had switched to them sooner.

Hassan did my implants and I am thrilled with the finished result. Going through this process made me very nervous but at all times Hassan was super attentive and kind hearted. Probably the best dentist I have been to,made me feel at ease the whole time both extractions went on very well and gum healed within a week as they all explained all necessary care to be taken after extraction and gave a leaflet as wellWould definitely recommend!

My whole family has been going to Silk Dental Care for years now. Dr Samina's presence in the surgery is an absolute blessing as she is a highly competent and skilled dentist. Her high level of professional skills always provide complete peace of mind and she doesnt mind going extra mile to sort the problem out. Very helpful staff and I highly recommend them for all sorts of dental treatment issues.

I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dentists and I had to have root canal treatment yesterday which I felt extremely anxious about. I was seen by Dr Afzal who is a root canal specialist and the lovely Sam who was the dental nurse for my procedure. They both put me at ease immediately and Afzal was excellent at checking I was ok and keeping me informed of what was going on. Sufficed to say it wasn’t anything as bad as I had heard or imagined and I truly believe it’s because of his talent. I’ve walked away with zero pain and I’m confident now about having future procedures because it was such a positive experience.Thank you so much for taking great care of me. I can’t recommend your services enough.

I recently attended this dentist as an extremely anxious patient but I had nothing to worry about, Hassan and his team are amazing and put me at ease straight away. All very friendly, calming and welcoming.I needed some crown work done and there were no impressions needed as the surgery has a new digital scanner so much easier than the last time I had to have a crown and all the treatment was done very comfortably.This practice is recently under new ownership and I 100% will be recommending it to all my friends and family.Thank you very very much to Hassan, Sam and the entire team.

I have an implant. My right front tooth and I couldn't be happier. I work in the entertainment industry, on TV and film so the results had to be good. First family visit today and first ever visit for our 7 month old daughter. All the staff were really lovely, friendly and welcoming. Most importantly they explained exactly what they were doing and it didn't hurt!After our daughter's "teeth" were seen they asked if we would like to take her picture in the chair as it was her first visit, what a lovely thoughtful suggestion and of course we did!!Thank you all at Silk Dental
